Help us kick off the 2010 Stockman Bank Magic City Classic Soccer Tournament! Come welcome our three Canadian teams, watch some friendlies and the first game of the tournament, and have a burger!

There will be a barbeque meal for purchase provided by Fuddruckers - $7.00 for a cheeseburger meal with chips, dessert, and drink or $5.00 for a hot dog meal. Any player in a soccer jersey will receive $2.00 off their meal. Special thanks to John Husar, assistant coach of Magic U14 Boys Red, for donating to this event to make the soccer players meals more reasonable. Also, thanks to Coach Don Trentham, MSU-B women’s soccer coach, for his assistance with this event.
George Langevin will be available to video tape and do play-by-play of soccer at the Stockman Bank Magic City Soccer Classic. Please feel free to contact him in advance if your team is interested in having him video a game. He will also be at check-in on April 30th from

2010 Stockman Bank Magic City Soccer Classic Information
The Magic City Soccer Club of Billings, Montana will be hosting the Magic City Soccer Classic, sponsored by Stockman Bank, at our soccer complex at Amend Park. The date of our annual tournament is May 1 and 2, 2010. We have some exciting plans for between-game activities. This year we are inviting U10-U12 recreational soccer teams, as well as U11-U18 competitive soccer teams.
Tournament Location: Amend Park Soccer Complex, Billings, Montana
Dates: May 1-2, 2010
Types of Teams:
U10-U12 recreational
U11-U18 competitive or club
Teams must not be select teams or all-stars from competitive teams.
Divisions: U10-U18, boys and girls
Eligibility:
U18---Aug 1, 1991 to July 31, 1992
U17—Aug 1, 1992 to July 31, 1993
U16—Aug 1, 1993 to July 31, 1994
U15—Aug 1, 1994 to July 31, 1995
U14—Aug 1, 1995 to July 31, 1996
U13—Aug 1, 1996 to July 31, 1997
U12—Aug 1, 1997 to July 31, 1998
U11—Aug 1, 1998 to July 31, 1999
U10—Aug 1, 1999 to July 31, 2000
Entry Fee (credit card online or check payable to ‘Magic City Soccer Club’)/Roster Size/Format:
U10, $300, maximum roster of 14 players, 6v6
U11-U12 (rec or comp team), $300, maximum roster of 14 players, 8V8
U13 & Above, $425, maximum roster of 18 players, 11v11
Identification:
Teams will be required to present player cards, medical releases, and travel papers at check-in. Non-USYSA affiliated teams must produce evidence of insurance coverage at registration.
Games:
Each team will be scheduled for a minimum of three games.
Referees:
All interested referees are welcome. Please register to ref at Gotsport.com. Referees will receive payment for their services.
Acceptance:
You will be notified by e-mail of your team’s acceptance. Fees will be returned if your team is not accepted.
Awards:
Participation awards for recreational players will be given. In addition, 1st and 2nd place medals for players in each competitive division will be distributed.
Please complete the online registration at Gotsport.com no later than April 5, 2010. A complete and accurate team roster is due on Gotsport by April 14, 2010. If you are paying by check, send it to:

Classic Volunteer Help
The Stockman Bank Magic City Classic is just around the corner and that means our committee chairs are needing volunteers. Most jobs are scheduled in 2-4 hour shifts.The following is a list of various tournament volunteer opportunities. ONLY SIGN UP WITH ONE GROUP TO AVOID GETTING DOUBLE BOOKED!
Field Marshals
If you signed up as your team Field Marshal, we need you during the Classic. Others are also welcome! Marshals take care of any problems which might arise during a game.
- Works with the center ref to take care of a problem parent, coach, or fan.
- Enforces ‘No Dog/Tobacco/Alcohol’ policy at Amend Park.
- Encourages parents and players to pick up litter.
- Takes care of lost and found articles.

Clean-Up
- Helps empty garbage cans around Amend Park throughout the weekend.
- Helps ‘tear down’ the tournament after the tournament is done on Sunday.

Tournament Volunteer Coordinators will attempt to schedule around your child/children's games on Saturday. This is more difficult to do on Sunday as those game schedules are dependent on the outcome of Saturday games. In order to accommodate this, please include the following:
