DON'T MISS OUT ON WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE CLUB! IT TAKES JUST A FEW MINUTES TO SIGN UP FOR THE MAGIC ELECTRONIC MAILING LIST.

Players, parents, coaches, local businesses, and anyone else in the Billings area involved
with Magic City Soccer Club in any capacity are encouraged to subscribe to the Magic City Soccer
electronic mailing list. This mailing list will be used by the club to communicate important
information regarding tryout times and dates; upcoming camps and 'open' soccer play; cancellations due to poor weather; schedule availability; uniform tryon; volunteer opportunities; coach, player, and referee clinics; tournament information; etc. via e-mail. Registration is especially important for coaches and parents of players, as this mailing list will be used as the primary means of communicating important information about upcoming events and deadlines. But everyone else in the Billings area who would like to stay informed are welcome to subscribe.
 
Signing up is free, completely automated, and very simple. To register, do the following:
1. Send a blank e-mail message to magiccitysoccer-subscribe@yahoogroups.com, using the
e-mail account that you would like to register. You do not need to type anything in the message
body of subject heading — a blank message is all that is required.
2. Check your e-mail every few seconds until you get the automated response that will be sent to you. Do not click on any of the links in the e-mail message you receive. By just hitting the reply and send buttons on your e-mail program, you will confirm your subscription and be added to the Magic City Soccer mailing list. Be sure to reply to the confirmation request — until you confirm your subscription request, your e-mail address will not be added to the mailing list.
3. If your e-mail provider uses a spam or junk e-mail filter of any kind, be sure to add
magiccitysoccer@yahoogroups.com to your list of 'approved senders' so that messages
to the mailing list do not get misidentified as spam or junk e-mail.
 
Once your e-mail address has been registered, you will receive any e-mail notices sent by the
Magic City Soccer Club. You can also register more than one e-mail address (for example,
to receive messages both at home & at work). Just repeat the above signup process using
any e-mail account that you wish to register.
 
And once you are registered, you can review or search the archive of messages previously
sent to the mailing list by going to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/magiccitysoccer .
